Netflix is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Planning Specialist to join its Venues team. This full-time, on-site position is based at an event space in Beckwourth, CA, where the successful candidate will play a critical role as the primary liaison with the Leadership Programs team as well as various internal and external event stakeholders. The Event Planning Specialist will oversee all elements of event planning and execution related to Offsite Programs and Leadership Seminars, ensuring seamless delivery and memorable experiences for attendees.

This position demands a thoughtful, organized approach to managing complex, multi-stakeholder events with a strong emphasis on service excellence and guest experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities concurrently, and demonstrates excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. As part of a dedicated and small team, the Event Planning Specialist supports some of Netflix's top leaders by delivering programs that have a meaningful cultural and leadership development impact within the company.

Key responsibilities of this role include managing the annual Ranch event calendar, overseeing agenda preparation, leading weekly review and debrief meetings, providing onsite event support, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining event management systems and documentation. The role also involves playing a strategic role in enhancing venue efficiency and operational performance while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Netflix offers competitive hourly pay for this role, ranging from $48.08 to $69.71, with a flexible compensation structure that allows employees to choose between hourly pay and stock options.
