Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Proficiency in using event management software, especially Cvent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with vendor negotiation and contract processing
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenditures
- Attention to detail for accurate data management
- Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent of the time
- Ability to work under moderate guidance and collaborate with senior management
- Capability to work flexible hours including event days
