Job Requirements

- some experience in event planning or coordination
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in computer applications related to event management
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in general computer knowledge

Job Duties
- plan all details of events deriving from sales bookings at the hotel
- act as the liaison between the group’s meeting planner and hotel staff
- administer sales agreements
- detail food, beverage and audio/visual needs
- manage room blocks and pick up
- oversee billing instructions and final reviews
