We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to join our dedicated team. This key role is centered around coordinating all facets of event planning and execution, serving as an essential link between clients and hotel operations. The Event Planning Manager will oversee everything from initial event conception and negotiation to final execution, ensuring every detail aligns with guest expectations and the high standards of the Marriott brand. Responsibilities include managing meeting and banquet functions, serving group and catering customers, and proactively addressing any challenges during events. Ideal candidates are strong communicators and problem solvers with a background in hotel sales and food and beverage management, comfortable leading in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment.
