Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in hotel event sales or planning
- proficiency in general computer skills
- strong verbal and written communication abilities
- highly detail-oriented and organized
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- preferred CMP certification or equivalent training

Job Duties
- Administer sales agreements for event bookings
- coordinate and detail all meeting and food and beverage events
- collaborate on audiovisual needs for events
- manage room blocks and billing instructions
- conduct final reviews of event details
- liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
- ensure smooth execution of all events alongside the Event Services Team
