Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prefer two years of hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
  • Preferred completion of PSS or equivalent training

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
  • Administer sales agreements including food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
  • Manage room blocks and event pick-up
  • Oversee billing instructions and conduct final reviews
  • Act as on-site contact ensuring smooth event execution
  • Coordinate customizable room layouts and catering options
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout events
