Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prefer two years of hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
- Preferred completion of PSS or equivalent training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
- Administer sales agreements including food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
- Manage room blocks and event pick-up
- Oversee billing instructions and conduct final reviews
- Act as on-site contact ensuring smooth event execution
- Coordinate customizable room layouts and catering options
- Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout events
