We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Planning Manager to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone with a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering flawless events. The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional from start to finish. Acting as a vital link between customers and hotel sales teams, the manager will supervise meetings, banquet functions, and special events, providing onsite direction and troubleshooting solutions as needed. This role involves proactive coordination for group room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, space utilization, and billing processes. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and interpretation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with hotel sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications
