We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Planning Manager to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone with a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering flawless events. The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional from start to finish. Acting as a vital link between customers and hotel sales teams, the manager will supervise meetings, banquet functions, and special events, providing onsite direction and troubleshooting solutions as needed. This role involves proactive coordination for group room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, space utilization, and billing processes.
