Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
- at least 1 year food and beverage experience
- proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hospitality CRM systems
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
- problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- developed business communication skills both written and verbal
- working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
- strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
- act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- provide direction and supervision during meetings and banquet functions
- be available to customers during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
- manage logistics including group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing process
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ensure professional presentation and confidence throughout event management
