Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from inception to execution
- Serve as liaison between clients and hotel sales to ensure smooth communication
- Supervise meeting and banquet functions during events
- Provide on-site problem solving and suggest alternatives as needed
- Manage logistics including group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing
- Work proactively with group and catering customers
- Ensure that events meet client expectations and hotel standards
