Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in hotel sales
  • At least one year experience in food and beverage industry
  • Ability to negotiate and interpret contracts effectively
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with hospitality sales CRM software

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of hotel sales experience
  • One year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
  • Developed written and verbal business communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and confidence
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial concept to execution
  • Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
  • Provide direction and supervision during meetings, banquets, and events
  • Remain available during events to resolve problems and suggest alternatives
  • Manage logistics including group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting spaces, and billing
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout event lifecycle
