Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in hotel or event management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Two years of hotel experience or completed event management trainee program
- Completed PSS or equivalent training preferred
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- General computer knowledge proficiency
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Coordinate banquet food and beverage services
- Manage audio-visual and meeting room rental arrangements
- Serve as liaison between meeting planners and hotel departments
- Ensure effective communication and client commitment
- Oversee onsite event execution ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to deliver services as promised
- Handle fast-paced event management tasks efficiently
