Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years hotel experience preferred
- completion of event management trainee program preferred
- proficiency in computer applications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- refined verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in general computer knowledge
- extremely detail oriented and organized
- ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- two years hotel experience preferred
- completion of event management trainee program preferred
- completion of PSS or equivalent training preferred
Job Duties
- coordinate banquet food services for group events
- manage beverage services and audiovisual support for events
- act as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel departments
- ensure smooth execution of events on-site
- gain commitment from clients regarding event requirements
- collaborate with all relevant hotel departments to deliver promised services
- maintain organized event documentation and details
