Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel event sales or event planning preferred
- Two years of hotel experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficient with general computer skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
- Two years of hotel experience preferred
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Refined verbal and written communication skills

- Strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Administer the sales agreement detailing all food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
- Manage room blocks and pick-up rates
- Oversee billing instructions and perform final reviews
- Accurately forecast sleeping room pick-up and event revenue for assigned groups
- Recommend enhancements through additional product or service purchases
- Solve problems and suggest alternatives to previous arrangements
- Serve as the on-site contact ensuring smooth execution of all events
