The role of Event Planning Manager at Hotel Kabuki involves a dynamic mix of coordination, communication, and execution. This position primarily focuses on managing Sales and Local Events bookings, acting as the key liaison between Meeting Planners and various hotel departments. The Event Planning Manager is responsible for detailing all aspects of Food, Beverage, and Audio/Visual requirements, managing room blocks and pick-up, handling billing instructions, and conducting final reviews to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. On-site, the Event Planning Manager serves as the primary contact, overseeing the smooth execution of all events hosted by the hotel. This role demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining an excellent level of customer service. The salary range for this position is $56,800 to $79,400, reflecting the importance of the role within the hotel’s operations and the expectations of delivering a superior event experience.

Job Requirements
