Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in event coordination or banquet management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with event management software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute events from initial inquiry to final billing ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their vision and translating it into actionable plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams including catering service staff and operations to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event timelines floor plans seating arrangements and all logistical details
  • Oversee banquet staff during events to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
  • Handle post-event follow-ups including feedback collection and billing reconciliation
  • Maintain organized records of events contracts and client communications
