Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work onsite at MHQ
- Willingness to adapt schedule as needed
- Basic technical proficiency with facility management and scheduling systems
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in event booking or coordination
- Experience in hospitality or service-focused role preferred
- Hospitality degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels
- Highly team-oriented and adaptable
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage demanding situations with professionalism
- Flexible schedule when required
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating meeting and event space
- Reserve and manage Conference Center space using EMS
- Collaborate with employees to schedule meetings, design room layouts, coordinate catering and technology needs
- Manage inbound facility service requests and customer calls
- Accurately document and track customer issues
- Coordinate vendor services and schedule resources
- Provide technical support and guidance for Workplace Solutions systems
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and vendors
- Support departmental projects and business needs
