The Lifestyle Manager role at RealManage is a dynamic and rewarding position designed to enhance the quality of life for community residents through creative and engaging programming. This position requires a detail-oriented individual responsible for designing, coordinating, and marketing a wide variety of resident programs and events ranging from recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational, and entertainment activities. The Lifestyle Manager plays a key role in event planning and execution, which includes everything from small intimate gatherings to large-scale community-wide events.
Responsibilities include comprehensive event coordination from conception to execution, along with marketing and promotional activities to ensure high resident engagement. The role also demands effective vendor and contract management, maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure all essential requirements for events such as entertainment, food, and decorations. Acting as a social committee liaison, the Lifestyle Manager gathers input and encourages participation from community residents by attending committee meetings. Thorough assessment of event success and participant satisfaction is an essential part of this role to continuously improve future programming.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- previous experience in an administrative capacity required
- previous event coordinator experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
