Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and/or work experience
- 1+ years’ experience with event or trade show management preferred but not required
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines
- Outstanding project management skills
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Robust attention to detail
- Technology savvy
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel on-site for events, estimated 35%
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs/day
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Contract negotiating experience
- Experience with Cvent
- Ability to travel domestically
- Fluent in Spanish
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned company-hosted and internal events mostly in North and South America
- Liaise and coordinate with hotel venues, destination management companies, and other supplier partners
- Work with internal staff to determine goals and needs for each event
- Partner with Event Marketing on promotional and collateral materials including custom registration sites
- Manage and execute event promotional plans to maximize company exposure and generate sales leads
- Manage vendor payments for assigned events
- Review invitations and registration sites
- Assist Global Events team members as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
