The company is currently seeking a skilled Event Project Manager with a focus on decor and design to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $50,000 plus a bonus plan, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role. The Event Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing event decor productions for high-profile corporate events from initial design phases through to execution on event day. This includes meeting with clients to assess their needs, designing and budgeting decor elements, building quotes, coordinating with vendors and venues, overseeing logistics such as loading trucks, and managing on-site setup and execution.

The successful candidate will create detailed floor plans and stage set designs, coordinate closely with venues for both internal and external planning purposes, and conduct pre- and post-conference meetings to ensure all client and team needs are clearly understood and met. Additionally, they will guide project timelines, ensuring critical deadlines are achieved for a seamless event experience. Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close work with technical, warehouse, marketing, sales, and production management teams, including ensuring adequate staffing for event setup and teardown.

This position involves participating in design reviews with internal staff, clients, and consultants, overseeing load-in and load-out for events, and serving as the onsite liaison to maintain a high level of customer service throughout the event.
