Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role as you will liaise closely with multiple departments including Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leadership. This cross-functional engagement enables the Event Planner to be a trusted partner who drives alignment and ensures that all stakeholders are informed throughout the event lifecycle. Argo Group values fresh thinking, initiative, and pride in one's work, offering this role real autonomy and visibility alongside the chance to make a tangible impact within the organization.

This position requires 100% on-site work and offers competitive base salary ranges depending on the geographic location: $70.8k to $85k in Chicago, $77.3k to $90k in New York City, and $64.3k to $85k in Richmond and Omaha. Additionally, employees are eligible for a generous benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Argo Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to preventing discrimination and fostering an inclusive workplace.
