Job Requirements

- Experience in event planning with a focus on logistics and operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot or willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple events from concept through execution
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with event management software and tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage logistics efficiently
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events including smaller and mid-sized events independently and partner on major annual programs
- Lead logistics and operations including sourcing venues, coordinating vendors, travel partners, transportation, and managing registration workflows
- Support on-site execution with authority to resolve issues
- Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation to drive organization and process
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and support budget forecasting
- Create and improve templates and processes to scale the team’s capabilities
- Use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to align and inform stakeholders
