Job Requirements

  • Experience in event planning with a focus on logistics and operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot or willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field
  • Proven experience managing multiple events from concept through execution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage logistics efficiently

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events including smaller and mid-sized events independently and partner on major annual programs
  • Lead logistics and operations including sourcing venues, coordinating vendors, travel partners, transportation, and managing registration workflows
  • Support on-site execution with authority to resolve issues
  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation to drive organization and process
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support budget forecasting
  • Create and improve templates and processes to scale the team’s capabilities
  • Use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to align and inform stakeholders
