Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work 100 percent on-site in designated locations
- Prior experience in event planning or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events
- Manage smaller and midsized events independently
- Partner on major annual programs
- Source venues and conduct onsite visits for major events
- Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
- Manage registration workflows and attendee communications
- Support onsite event execution with authority to resolve issues
- Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
- Create and improve templates and processes to scale the team
- Use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders
