Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 100 percent on-site in designated locations
  • Prior experience in event planning or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning and management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events
  • Manage smaller and midsized events independently
  • Partner on major annual programs
  • Source venues and conduct onsite visits for major events
  • Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
  • Manage registration workflows and attendee communications
  • Support onsite event execution with authority to resolve issues
  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
  • Create and improve templates and processes to scale the team
  • Use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders
