Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work 100% on-site at specified locations including Chicago, New York City, Richmond, and Omaha
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in event planning or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events including smaller and midsized events end-to-end while partnering on major annual programs
- Lead logistics and operations by sourcing venues and conducting onsite visits for major events
- Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
- Manage registration workflows and attendee communication
- Support onsite execution with full authority to resolve issues
- Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation to drive organization and process
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
- Create and improve templates and processes to help the team scale
- Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders
