Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 100% on-site at specified locations including Chicago, New York City, Richmond, and Omaha
  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination
  • Proficiency in using event management software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in event planning or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events including smaller and midsized events end-to-end while partnering on major annual programs
  • Lead logistics and operations by sourcing venues and conducting onsite visits for major events
  • Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
  • Manage registration workflows and attendee communication
  • Support onsite execution with full authority to resolve issues
  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation to drive organization and process
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
  • Create and improve templates and processes to help the team scale
  • Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders
