The role of Sales & Event Planner at FastTrax Entertainment and HeadPinz Entertainment Centers is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This position is focused on expanding group sales by actively engaging with the community and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. You will spend much of your time outside of the office, prospecting new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, local business visits, and various community events. The core responsibility is to secure group bookings by offering tailored event solutions that match client needs and budgets.

In addition to sales activities, this role requires you to be directly involved in the event planning and execution phases. You will collaborate closely with operations and food & beverage teams to ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets client expectations. The position demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, and a passion for achieving or surpassing monthly revenue targets. Because events often occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays, flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment

  • Flexible schedule - must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute an outside sales strategy to grow group and corporate business
  • Actively prospect through networking events, cold calls, local business visits, and community engagement
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in CRM
  • Conduct on-site and off-site presentations to promote our venues and offerings
  • Create and present tailored proposals to meet client needs and budgets
  • Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to ensure events are executed to plan
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
