Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field
- proven experience in event planning or coordination preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members
- creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- certification in event planning (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional) is a plus

Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and preferences
- develop event concepts and themes that align with clients' goals and brand identity
- research and recommend suitable event venues, vendors, and suppliers
- negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits and licenses for events
- create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
- coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- oversee event setup, ensuring that all elements are in place and executed according to plan
- manage on-site event operations, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure a smooth event flow
- communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
