- Bachelor's degree
- proven experience in event planning or related roles
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work 100% onsite in designated locations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management hospitality marketing or related field
- proven experience in planning and executing corporate events
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency with event management software and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events
- independently manage smaller and midsized events end-to-end
- source venues including onsite visits for major events
- coordinate vendors travel partners transportation and activities
- manage registration workflows and attendee communication
- support onsite execution with full authority to resolve issues
- build timelines task lists and event documentation
- track expenses manage invoices and support forecasting
- create and improve templates and processes
- use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- collaborate with Marketing Procurement Legal Shared Services and senior leaders
