Job Duties
- Direct and guide vehicles efficiently to designated parking areas
- collect parking fees and issue tickets or receipts to event attendees
- provide friendly customer service and assist with parking-related inquiries
- monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized use
- communicate and collaborate with event staff and security to maintain a safe parking environment
- assist in managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed
- maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete necessary paperwork
