Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in parking management customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas ensuring a smooth flow of traffic
- Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking-related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces
- Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces
- Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized parking environment
- Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed
