The Warehouse Event Operations Supervisor role at Aramark is vital in ensuring seamless event execution by overseeing all event-day warehouse and operational activities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in events, hospitality, or operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during events
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during events

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate event staff before, during, and after events
  • Ensure event setups, breakdowns, and timelines are executed properly
  • Monitor staff performance and provide direction, coaching, and support
  • Enforce safety, security, and company policies at all times
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or operational issues promptly
  • Communicate with managers, clients, and venue partners regarding event needs
  • Assist with inventory control, equipment usage, and operational logistics
  • Complete event reports and documentation as required
  • Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, local regulations, and venue policies
