The Operations Supervisor role at Encore is a pivotal position focused on leading floor operations with an emphasis on customer service, staff leadership, and technical expertise. This role entails managing daily activities to ensure the seamless setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment. The Operations Supervisor will directly oversee the technical team, ensuring operational efficiencies and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires 3-5 years of audiovisual experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Internal candidates must comply with Encore's Global Learning Training Programs, while external candidates are expected to complete required certifications within 60 days of hire. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying equipment. This role operates in dynamic hotel and convention center environments, often involving varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The compensation for this hourly role ranges from $18.93 to $24.60 depending on qualifications, location, and experience, with eligibility for overtime and incentives.
