Reporting to senior management such as the Director of Event Technology (DET), Director of Operations (DOO), or Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor takes charge of organizing floor activities, managing workflow, and providing hands-on leadership and mentoring to technicians. They are responsible for ensuring precise setup and breakdown of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues promptly, and maintaining equipment integrity through preventative maintenance. Furthermore, the role involves actively providing top-tier customer service by liaising with customers to meet their needs, monitoring events, and ensuring that the technical execution aligns with Encore's service standards.

This position requires a skilled leader with expertise in audio-visual technology and event operations, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
