Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of audio visual and customer service or hospitality experience including 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading workflow and team members
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in a live show environment
- Proficiency with the use of computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software and programs including the internet and Microsoft Office
- Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years audio-visual and customer service or hospitality experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead workflows and teams
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Skilled in software programs including Microsoft Office and Internet applications

Job Duties
- Manages daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
- Provides direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping
- Ensures billing is reviewed and approved by clients and communicates potential challenges to management
- Maintains and updates daily equipment sheets accurately
- Manages inventory control to maintain proper levels and uphold safety and quality standards
- Attends BEO, Pre-Con, and pre-production meetings as required
- Delegates tasks appropriately to optimize team efficiency
- Reviews quotes and recommends cost efficiencies
- Supervises and mentors staff to maximize client satisfaction and onsite revenue through upselling
- Establishes strong working relationships with clients, team members, neighboring properties, and vendors
- Meets with guests onsite to resolve needs and ensure proper equipment setup
- Maintains a polished and professional image and ensures team compliance with appearance standards
- Promotes a positive work environment aligned with company values
- Hires, develops, leads, and motivates technicians and operational staff
- Drives professional development and training initiatives
- Manages performance, salary administration, and training development
- Utilizes company systems and software effectively and ensures team competency
- Registers and recommends additional training for team members as needed
