The Event Operations Manager serves as the key liaison between clients, the sales staff, and the operations team to guarantee flawless event execution. Responsibilities include overseeing event host teams during various shifts, managing schedules using client databases, maintaining high standards of guest service, and handling any staff disciplinary actions in line with HR policies. Flexibility in work hours is essential, as events often occur during weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- At least 2 years banquet captain experience
- Familiarity with food and beverage and hospitality sectors
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Competent with MS Office Suite and database software recommended
- Understanding of POS register systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
