Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading entertainment company recognized as one of the world's premier location-based entertainment platforms. With a vast network of over 360 locations across North America, Lucky Strike offers a diverse portfolio of experiential entertainment options, including bowling, amusement rides, water parks, and family entertainment centers. The company has extended its reach beyond physical entertainment venues by owning the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league bowling organization with millions of fans globally. This mix of high-quality entertainment and a strong media presence sets Lucky Strike apart as a leader in the leisure and hospitality industry.

The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and dynamic position designed for professionals passionate about delivering memorable event experiences. This role is vital to the success of the entertainment centers as it involves managing a talented team of Event Hosts who work closely to ensure every aspect of client events runs flawlessly. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Event Operations Manager is responsible for orchestrating the operations of hosted events, managing staffing, coordinating with sales and operational teams, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

This position offers an attractive compensation package ranging approximately from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, complemented by commission opportunities based on extension sales and lane reservation sales. Additionally, the role includes eligibility for a quarterly incentive bonus of $1500, contingent upon performance metrics such as group and lane Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The employment type is listed as 'Other,' indicating flexible or non-traditional working arrangements.

As an Event Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful events, blending exceptional organizational skills with superior people management. You will oversee all event-related activities, from setup to execution, ensuring both guests and clients have an unforgettable experience. A significant part of this role is developing and maintaining strong connections with event clients to exceed their expectations consistently. Through effective leadership, you will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and foster a guest-focused environment. Besides operational duties, you are expected to utilize guest feedback constructively to continuously improve event quality. You will also manage staffing schedules and forecast events using client databases to optimize team deployment.

Flexibility is essential in this role, as events may require your presence during weekends, holidays, or extended hours depending on business needs. Whether it's hosting special events, collaborating with sales staff, or managing your team, your adaptability ensures seamless event operations and an energetic atmosphere. Your experience in the hospitality industry, event planning, or banquet management and your proficiency in relevant technologies, such as MS Office and POS systems, will be valuable assets. At Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be part of a vibrant culture that values creativity, customer satisfaction, and the thrill of hosting unforgettable experiences. This position is ideal for a motivated individual ready to elevate their career while contributing to a company synonymous with fun and exceptional service.
