You will be entrusted with managing team communications, conducting regular departmental meetings, and creating strategies for continuous improvement in staff performance and customer satisfaction. Your role also includes participating in the human resources processes such as training, performance appraisals, addressing associate concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
You will be instrumental in setting standards for meeting room setups and VIP accommodations, conducting pre-event inspections, and resolving on-site issues or adjustments promptly to ensure flawless event execution.
