As a cornerstone of the National Football League, the Dallas Cowboys organization combines elite sports performance with state-of-the-art facilities, branded merchandise, and large-scale entertainment events. The heart of their operations includes AT&T Stadium, a world-class venue renowned for hosting not only NFL games but also a wide variety of major events such as concerts, high school football games, community activities, and other large scale productions. This renowned stadium serves as a multifaceted hub of entertainment and community interaction, drawing thousands of spectators for diverse events annually. This full-time position demands a candidate with excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and to thrive in a fast-paced but stimulating environment where no two days are the same.

The role requires an individual who is comfortable handling technical aspects of event production, including reviewing technical riders and conducting venue walkthroughs. The Coordinator also manages event documentation such as event diagrams, information sheets, and instructions, contributing to seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key qualities of the ideal candidate include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as familiarity with design and production programs such as AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects with detailed precision, and strong interpersonal communication abilities essential for effective collaboration across various departments and external partners. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to meet the needs of event schedules.

By playing an integral role in ensuring that events at AT&T Stadium are executed with the highest standards, the Event Coordinator contributes not only to the operational success of each event but also to the overall reputation and brand of the Dallas Cowboys.
