The Operations Manager is expected to model professionalism and technical expertise, creating a polished and customer-focused team. This position offers a salary range between $56,092 and $72,920 annually, with compensation determined based on experience, location, and expertise. Encore also offers comprehensive benefits to support its employees and encourages a healthy work-life balance, even as team members may work irregular hours and on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
