This unique facility supports both the RSO and the University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) teams by coordinating and executing a broad spectrum of events that are vital to their mission success. The events hosted range from facility tours and distinguished visitor engagements to employee engagement functions, pitch days, demonstrations, and other mission-critical activities, primarily located at Hangar 01 but extending to other specialized venues like the Advanced Technology and Training Center (ATTC) and the Integrated Technology Operations Center (ITOC).

This full-time Staff position involves planning, organizing, and implementing diverse events of varying scales. Success in this role depends heavily on attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. The position necessitates a professional demeanor suitable for interacting with military, government, and academic guests. A strong candidate will be resourceful, deadline-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and engage individuals at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and external stakeholders. Due to federal research contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is mandatory for all candidates applying for this position.
