Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- Two years of hotel service or sales experience preferred
- Flexible work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and dress
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive in achieving sales goals
- Pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of hotel service or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering excellent service
- Identify and solicit new accounts through various outreach methods
- Provide expert advice on hotel facilities and services to clients
- Negotiate contracts for food, beverage, function space, and room rates
- Achieve predetermined sales goals for revenue and activity
- Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities
- Prepare and submit timely reports and assist with business and marketing plans
