Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Two years of hotel service or sales experience preferred
  • Flexible work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and dress
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive in achieving sales goals
  • Pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of two years of hotel service or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive customer loyalty by delivering excellent service
  • Identify and solicit new accounts through various outreach methods
  • Provide expert advice on hotel facilities and services to clients
  • Negotiate contracts for food, beverage, function space, and room rates
  • Achieve predetermined sales goals for revenue and activity
  • Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities
  • Prepare and submit timely reports and assist with business and marketing plans
