Maintaining accurate records such as Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, meeting room assignments, and client correspondence is a critical aspect of this job, all of which must be managed within hotel management software systems. This role also involves monitoring event billing, reviewing banquet checks, reconciling final charges, and ensuring precise invoicing for clients.
