Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently within Charlotte and Columbia markets
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and handle event equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of event marketing, retail sales, canvassing or lead-generation experience
- Desire to grow into leadership through performance and leading by example
- Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte and Columbia markets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require
- A results-driven mindset focused on lead generation
- Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment
- Bonus: Experience in home improvement or construction event marketing
Job Duties
- Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners at events
- Actively engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products
- Lead from the front by demonstrating high-performance lead generation
- Coach and motivate team members on-site to improve results
- Help new team members ramp up quickly through hands-on training
- Support event setup and teardown as part of a hands-on team environment
- Drive daily performance and hit lead targets at each event
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment targets
