Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- self-motivated with passion for educating customers
- high energy level and stamina for standing long periods
- capability to use lead generation systems
- smartphone required for timekeeping and lead submission
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or sales preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and punctuality
- ability to stand for long periods
- proficiency in using smartphone applications
Job Duties
- Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- engage with potential customers using positive interaction techniques
- deliver product demonstrations with high energy
- generate and capture qualified leads
- set up and tear down event materials including lifting up to 50 pounds
- work independently while maintaining communication with management
- meet and exceed lead generation targets
