Currently, Leaf Home is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join its event marketing team as Event Marketing Representatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with potential customers at a variety of live events such as trade shows, fairs, and festivals. As an Event Marketing Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for Leaf Home’s innovative product solutions, responsible for showcasing the company’s offerings in a high-energy and enthusiastic manner. The position emphasizes proactive customer engagement, utilizing positive interaction techniques to build meaningful connections and generate quality leads that contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. With a focus on exceeding lead generation targets set by the Event Marketing Manager, this role demands a self-motivated and energetic individual capable of operating independently while maintaining regular communication with the management team.

In addition to engaging customers, the role involves practical responsibilities such as assisting in the setup and teardown of booths and exhibits at events. Physical stamina is required, as lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and punctuality, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor throughout lengthy events that may require extended periods of standing. A key part of the role is utilizing technology effectively; candidates must possess a smartphone to use Leaf Home’s company timekeeping application and to submit prospective customer leads efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely data management.

Leaf Home offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a starting wage of $18 per hour plus commission, with payments made weekly, providing immediate financial rewards for performance.
