- minimum of two years of experience in an event management role
- high school diploma or greater
- exceptional leadership and management skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- must have a valid drivers license
- able to pass background check and drug screening
- willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- lead event marketing initiatives for three clinics
- develop and implement annual event marketing calendars
- coordinate and train staff members for event execution
- manage event setup and teardown operations
- build and maintain vendor and community partner relationships
- recruit and mentor event team members
- oversee event performance measurement and reporting
