The position being offered is a leadership role focused on building out, leading, and scaling the face-to-face marketing department. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and training event staff to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet lead generation goals. The successful candidate will oversee the management of event logistics including setup, teardown, scheduling, and inventory control. They will be responsible for tracking event performance and continuously optimizing outcomes to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities. Collaboration is key in this role, as the candidate will work closely with vendors, service providers, sales leadership, and the marketing team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. This position also includes continuous in-the-field training with event staff to maintain high performance standards and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership, field management, or team management experience
- experience in face-to-face sales or marketing environment

Job Duties
