Renowned for its pioneering advancements in security, data management, and digital collaboration, Cisco continually demonstrates a commitment to fostering technological progress and an inclusive workplace culture. Their dedication to delivering unparalleled customer experiences and high-impact enterprise-level solutions makes them a top employer in the technology sector. The company encourages a collaborative environment where creativity, diversity of thought, and professional growth are highly valued.\n\nThe CXO Events team at Cisco plays a critical role in delivering meaningful engagement through events that inspire and build connections with customers, partners, and employees. This dynamic team comprises strategists, marketers, event experience designers, and technologists who collectively create award-winning event programs. The focus is on offering innovative, immersive experiences that establish stronger business relationships and maximize brand impact globally.\n\nThis Event Marketing Manager role centers on managing Cisco’s hospitality activations at prestigious Formula One races as part of its McLaren partnership. The position involves leading multiple programs targeting C-level guests and premium attendees. The manager oversees all strategic aspects, from initial planning and concept development to implementation, measurement, and evaluation of hospitality efforts. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, external agencies, and event vendors is key to ensuring exceptional event outcomes and seamless customer journeys.\n\nThe role demands operational excellence to manage the full spectrum of hospitality environments — including branding, buildout, guest experience, and messaging — while maximizing the value of the McLaren partnership’s sponsorship assets. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing attendee engagement strategies aligned with overarching brand and sponsorship objectives. By serving as the subject matter expert on McLaren hospitality and industry trends, the role requires demonstrating leadership in delivering integrated, high-impact experiential marketing activities that build deep customer loyalty.\n\nThis position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution are equally important. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across multiple teams and senior leadership are essential for success. Candidates passionate about creating memorable hospitality experiences that advance business goals will thrive in this role. The starting salary range for this position is $165,000 to $208,000, reflecting the competitive compensation package for candidates in the U.S. and Canada.
