As part of the North America Field Marketing team, TP is seeking a dedicated Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of various event types including industry trade shows, national owned engagement events, regional in-person sponsored events, and virtual/hybrid events. These responsibilities are aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating demand, and boosting client engagement in support of the North America sales teams. This role is crucial for facilitating new business revenue growth, lead generation, brand recognition, and maintaining strong client relationships by managing event budgets, logistics, and post-event analytics.

This position is fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from home with the understanding that travel will be necessary approximately 1-2 times per month based on business needs. The salary range for this role is competitive within the market, falling between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, complemented by a 5% bonus potential. The Event Marketing Manager will be instrumental in executing large-scale and regional events, from conception through on-site delivery. They will oversee logistics for trade show booths, VIP events, and more intimate high-touch gatherings or dinners. This role requires a seasoned professional skilled in project and budget management, with a sharp eye for detail in execution and a demonstrated ability to measure and report on event ROI. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to manage multiple stakeholders and dynamic deadlines effectively. The ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting is highly valued.

Further responsibilities include advocating innovative event strategies, managing event collateral and giveaways, partnering with field marketing teams on post-event activities, and leveraging social media platforms to amplify event participation and brand awareness. The successful candidate is expected to stay current with the latest event trends and best practices, continually pushing for improvement and innovation across TP’s event marketing initiatives. This role is designed not just to manage events but to serve as a vital contributor to the company's overall growth and client engagement strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated success managing trade shows, national and regional events, and virtual/hybrid events
  • Strong project and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 1-2 times per month
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
