As an industry pioneer, TP operates on a massive scale with more than 500,000 committed professionals who are fluent in over 300 languages across the world. This global footprint paired with a strong local presence enables TP to nurture communities, support clients, and promote environmentally responsible practices. Teleperformance’s extensive service portfolio combines advanced technology with deep expertise to provide digitally powered solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency for clients across diverse industries.
The company culture fosters growth, innovation, and inclusiveness, positioning TP as a great place for career advancement. One remarkable example is TP’s Chief Client Officer, who started as an agent and rose to top leadership through dedication and aptitude, illustrating that at TP, career growth is truly unhindered and supported. Employees benefit from a work environment that encourages new ideas and continuous improvement.
The current opportunity is for an Event Marketing Manager within TP’s North America Field Marketing team. This role is crucial to the success of the company’s event marketing strategies and is fully remote, with travel requirements of approximately 1-2 times per month depending on business needs. The Event Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a wide range of event types including large-scale industry trade shows, owned national engagement events, regional sponsored or owned in-person engagements, and virtual or hybrid events. These events serve as key touchpoints to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive client engagement, and ultimately support the sales teams in growing new business revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex event logistics including trade show booths, VIP gatherings, and exclusive smaller events like dinners. This person will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing event budgets, reporting on outcomes, and demonstrating ROI. They will oversee all phases of event planning starting from conceptualization to flawless on-site execution, ensuring alignment with TP’s corporate objectives and marketing goals.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for coordinating with various stakeholders and managing tight deadlines. The role requires an independent, self-starter mindset who thrives working remotely and can navigate a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of immersive customer engagement tactics is important, including the selection and management of collateral and giveaways to enhance event impact. The Event Marketing Manager will also act as an advocate for innovation, constantly seeking new ideas to enhance event effectiveness and customer experience.
Collaboration within TP’s marketing ecosystem is a key part of the role. The manager will partner with field marketing teams on follow-up activities such as post-event analysis to measure success and derive insights for future improvements. In addition, they will use social media to amplify event reach and brand visibility. Overall, this position offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity to contribute to TP’s ongoing growth and reputation through high-profile event marketing initiatives.
This role is offered with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 and includes a potential 5% annual bonus. Teleperformance provides comprehensive benefits including paid training, competitive wages, and full medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Paid time off and wellness programs further support the well-being of team members, making TP a rewarding place to work and grow professionally.
