This role is for an Event Marketing Manager on the North America Field Marketing team. The successful candidate will lead strategy, planning, and execution of industry trade shows, national engagement events, regional in-person events, and virtual or hybrid events. These initiatives focus on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement in alignment with the North America sales teams' goals. The role supports business development and account management teams by managing event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Responsibilities include driving registrations and attendance from target audiences, securing speakers for thought leadership content, and leveraging best practices and tools from the broader marketing organization. This position offers an opportunity to work fully remote, with expected travel of about 1-2 times monthly based on business needs. The salary range is approximately $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with a 5% annual bonus incentive.

They should be able to work independently in a remote environment and have a strong understanding of immersive customer engagement strategies. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant event marketing experience
- Proven success managing large-scale and regional events
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- High proficiency in event management software
- Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years event marketing experience in B2B services and/or technology industry
- Experience with corporate-level event management including production, marketing, and logistics
- Marketing or related degree preferred
- Ability to manage events across time zones or regions
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and event management platforms such as Cvent, Goldcast, ON24, or Eventbrite
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain relationships with vendors, peers, partners, and internal senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to pass mandatory pre-employment background checks including pre-screening and drug tests
Job Duties
- Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution from conceptualization through on-site delivery
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshow booths, VIP events, and smaller high-touch events and dinners
- Manage event budgets with detailed reporting and ROI analysis
- Secure speakers and thought leadership content for events
- Leverage social media to promote event participation and build brand awareness
- Provide white-glove support to attendees at events
- Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated marketing strategies including travel, calendar, schedule management, communications, and invoice processing
