Recognized for its innovative and digitally powered business services, TP strives to simplify and enhance business functions through advanced technology and human touch. The company's commitment to being a force of good extends beyond its clients to its employees and the broader community, reflecting its values of inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability.
This opportunity is for an Event Marketing Manager to join TP’s North America Field Marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of various high-profile events, including industry trade shows, owned national engagement events, regional in-person events, and virtual or hybrid formats. The primary goal of these activations is to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and foster client engagement to support the North America sales teams effectively. As an integral part of TP’s marketing efforts, you will focus on new business revenue growth, lead generation, and nurturing existing client relationships by managing budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis. Your role will be vital to ensuring seamless experiences across all event-related activities.
You will be responsible for driving target audience registrations and attendance and securing distinguished speakers to provide thought leadership content at each event. Staying on the pulse of the latest trends and best practices in event marketing will be crucial for success in this position. Collaboration with other marketing teams ensures the integration of best practices, tools, learning, and materials across all events.
This is a fully remote position with an expectation of travel approximately one to two times per month based on business needs. With a target salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 and an additional 5% annual bonus opportunity, this role offers competitive compensation alongside a suite of benefits including paid training, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k plans, paid time off, and employee wellness and engagement programs.
By joining TP, you become part of a family that values employee well-being, creativity, and engagement. TP promotes a culture of inclusion and diversity and offers a supportive work environment where employees are empowered to grow, innovate, and make a difference. Your career development is valued and supported, as evidenced by the company’s inspiring leadership story, where the Chief Client Officer progressed from an entry-level agent to an executive leader. At TP, possibilities for career advancement are vast and your contributions directly impact the company’s success and community engagement.
