The role of Event Marketing Manager within TP's North America Field Marketing team is a pivotal position that focuses on the strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse range of events. This includes large-scale industry trade shows, owned national engagement events, owned and sponsored regional in-person events, as well as virtual and hybrid events. These events are designed to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and enhance client engagement, thus playing an essential role in supporting the North America sales teams.
The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting to ensure seamless execution and high impact results. This involves driving target audience registrations and attendance, securing influential speakers to contribute thought leadership content, and staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in event marketing. Collaboration with other marketing teams is critical to leverage collective knowledge, optimize tools and materials, and continuously improve event strategies.
This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, balanced with a travel schedule of approximately 1-2 times monthly based on business needs. Candidates can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 plus a 5% annual bonus opportunity. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent project and budget management skills, capable of delivering measurable ROI through innovative event marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 7 years of event marketing experience
- Experience managing large-scale events and trade shows
- Proficient in event management software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times monthly
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years event marketing experience in B2B services or technology industry preferred
- Experience with corporate-level event management including production, marketing, and logistics
- Marketing or related degree preferred
- Ability to manage events across time zones and regions with a strategic, proactive, result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and event management software such as Cvent, Goldcast, ON24, Eventbrite, or similar platforms
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
- Professional, energetic, and productive under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to event locations
- Ability to pass mandatory preemployment background checks including pre-screening and drug tests
Job Duties
- Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution, from conceptualization through on-site delivery
- Manage large-scale and regional events including logistics for tradeshow booths, VIP events, and smaller high-touch events and dinners
- Develop and manage event budgets, execution, reporting, and ROI analysis
- Secure speakers and develop thought leadership content for events
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams on integrated event marketing strategies
- Leverage social media to promote event participation and build awareness
- Provide white-glove support for attendees at events
